A French artist transforming paper through folding, crumpling and sculpting into extraordinary organic works and luminous sculptures.
Materials in real light.
French artist Junior Fritz Jacquet is internationally recognized for pushing the boundaries of origami into the realm of contemporary art and sculpture. His remarkable creations transform simple sheets of paper into expressive masks, sculptural lighting, and poetic objects that explore the relationship between material, light, and emotion. Each piece reveals extraordinary craftsmanship and a deep understanding of form.
Junior Fritz Jacquet explores the sculptural possibilities of paper through monumental origami creations rich in shadow, texture, and emotional expression. His masks and sculptural forms transform folded paper into contemporary artistic architecture suspended between fragility and strength. Each piece carries a deeply poetic presence. STORYTELLING: Through intricate folding techniques and organic sculptural volumes, Junior Fritz Jacquet creates collectible works where light, shadow, and material tension become part of the emotional experience of the object. The resulting forms feel simultaneously tribal, architectural, and delicately alive.
Light may be incorporated into some works, but his true identity lies in the transformation of paper into sculpture. Through folding, modelling and crumpling techniques, paper develops volume, movement and extraordinary organic textures.
